Yesterday, I was asked to speak at one of Ascenda School of Management's classes on #internationalwomensday.
Ascenda is an international business management and leadership institution offering undergraduate programs in Vancouver, Canada.
I shared with the students
✨biases that women face in the workplace
✨how we can become allies
✨how we can be the voice of change by continuing to have conversations, ask questions and hold our leaders accountable.
It was so inspirational to hear women in the class share reasons why they LOVE being a woman. 🥰 I was filled with so much joy and excitement with how inspirational their answers were. 🤩✨Their future is bright.
